Yes, we specialize in creating custom jewelry. Becca our 5th generation is the one who heads up all custom design work. We offer anything from free CAD designs on ideas, order and customizing, or even personalizing our own stock to your taste. With custom jewelry you have the ability to even include things like family stones, or gold, and even engravings.

3. How do I determine my ring size?

You can determine your ring size by coming in and having us size your finger. We do offer tools to give you if you are unable to provide us the ring you need sized. We never suggest using things like string or floss, or even another ring. There are many variables that go into sizing a ring to a finger, we always take these into account when sizing your ring. Additionally if you buy a ring from us, your sizing within the the first two sizes up and down are completely free.

4. Can I get my jewelry repaired at your store?

Absolutely. We offer professional jewelry repair services, from resizing rings to fixing broken chains and replacing missing stones. Your precious pieces are in skilled hands.

5. Do you provide jewelry appraisals?

Yes, we offer certified jewelry appraisal services. Our appraisals provide accurate valuations for insurance, resale, or personal knowledge purposes. Verbal liquidation appraisals for selling are always free, insurance appraisals for retail replacement value range from $100 - $150 depending on the piece or any previously existing paperwork.

6. What is the return policy?

We have a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for something of the same value, or put it towards in-store credit.

7. Can I buy jewelry on a payment plan or through financing?

Yes, we offer jewelry financing options to make your dream pieces more affordable. You can explore our flexible Layaway payment plans to find the one that suits your needs. With our Layaway we only ask for whatever is comfortable for you as a down payment, and payments for whatever is comfortable monthly.

8. How do I care for and clean my jewelry?

Proper care ensures your jewelry maintains its beauty. We provide free cleaning and inspections and cleaning for your jewelry, we highly encourage our customers to bring in their daily wear jewelry every 6 months for this to ensure everything is nice and sturdy while continuing to be as sparkly as the day you purchased it, regardless of it's age.

9. Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?

Yes, many of our jewelry pieces come with warranties that cover manufacturing defects. The duration and coverage may vary, so please check the warranty information specific to your purchase.
